Make Your Sodium Free Dish with Adding Spices
Introduction
Yeats ago, I started to make Sodium free dish when I made my meals at home. Though you may think it is ridiculous, I am going to show how to achieve this by using three types of species: garlic, ginger, and chili pepper.
Why You Should Try A Salt Free Dish?
Two reasons:
- Decrease Sodium ingestion: many people nowadays get their meals by dining out. In order to make you buy their meals many times, the dealer usually add much more Sodium (e.g., salt, MSG, etc.). After years, you start to find your blood tension value is not good. What’s more, the chance of getting hypertension increases because of your family or you are in a high-stress environment.
- Enjoy another taste of food: as we are used to the meals with Sodium, trying another taste of food without any Sodium make a pleasure of your life: you get the original taste of food.
Garlic
I always rank #1 to garlic. With the spicy and its natural MSG, it always makes me have a good appetite.
And for my garlic recipe:
- For each dish, I will put four to six cloves of garlic.
- For releasing the component that are good to your health, I chop into piece and put for 10-15 minutes.
Ginger
If you consider the garlic gives you bad breath after you finish your meal, you can try ginger. It always fuse its mild spicy taste with your meal.
For my ginger recipe:
- I will use the size of Distal phalanx of my thumb finger for each dish.
- Just like garlic, I chop into piece and put for 10-15 minutes.
Chili Pepper
For the last one, chili pepper gives you a great appetite, though you should always be aware of its spiciness (it will make you have no appetite it you put too much).
For my chili pepper recipe:
- Taking Cayenne 1 as example, I will use at most half slice for each dish.
- Just like the two other spices I usually use, I chop into slices and put for 10-15 minutes.
Conclusion
In this post, I make a showcase of how to do your Sodium free dish by using either garlic, ginger, or chili pepper. However, you may have your own recipe beyond these three spices. For communication, let’s leave a comment of you Sodium free dish spice recipe!
